Short Courses

Course: HR Business Partnering:
The Value Creating HR Business Partner
Target market: All mid to senior level HR Practitioners working in modern organisations.
Duration: Three day workshop

Background

It is highly recommended that HR Practitioners joining this programme first attend the "New Roles for HR Practitioners" programme as this programme is, in reality an extension of some of the philosophies of the "New Roles" programme.

This programme investigates the concept of intangibles, their value and thus importance to organisations in the modern business environment. Also based, in large part upon the works of Professor Dave Ulrich, as well as other well known authors, this programme focuses on the requirement for Human Resources in modern organisations to have a practical value proposition. It also underlines and explains the need for Human Resources as a discipline, and the HR Practitioner, to be focussed on providing value to the organisation, and its stakeholders.

"The Value Creating HR Business Partner" programme is designed to move an HR Practitioner from the platform of conventional HR Management to the universe of the value adding HR Business Partner. This is achieved by enriching delegates with recent global HR and Management knowledge and perspectives.
