Background
The principles of the HR Business Partner require more than a manager or even a leader in modern organisations, they require internal consultants.
The concept of the "internal consultant" is now gaining ground within modern organisations as support management in general, and Human Resource management in particular, seek to redefine their roles and add value to the organisation.
This programme has been designed to assist HR Practitioners in more effectively playing the role of Business Partner by sharing with them the skills and mindset used by external consultants. The emphasis that is placed on moving from a "colleague" to a "client" relationship will bring benefit to both the HR Business Partner as well as the organisation.
